Bucket List Of Travel Expectations
We all have so many bucket lists, places we want to travel, and things we want to do in our life. While we sit in our homes, living our routine lives, we all think about the things which are quite impractical really, but things we would give anything to achieve in our life. It isn’t like we aren’t happy with our lives. Because we are, but there is always something we strive for. And it’s the same with the travel industry. Really, it’s doing great and we love our travel. But if think about it, and I mean really, closely think about it, we will also find a few things about the industry we would like to change. So this is my personal list of changes. Most of the people around me also feel these things, and I reckon they might be relatable.

Over- population
Has it ever happened to you that you were trying to take a photo with your beloved Himalayan mountain, making it look like you were holding it in your palm, and really you feel as if you’re the smartest of them all, but when you look at the photo, there are at least four other human beings in it slinking around without a clue? Well, it has happened to me, and frankly really didn’t suit me. When you travel in India, it is as if you are being followed by a row of toddlers all following your actions. You’re never really alone. I have felt I missed out on a great view, a great sunset. This really got to me when my Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Manali trip turned to a trip to the local fish market.

Over- pricing
While we are talking about the ‘ overs’ let’s get this one out of the way as well. My last trip had me selling my family( as I was already done selling all the body parts I could do without)Okay yes, we understand that our money will be utilised for management. But when I see the roads making me feel like I’m standing on a stone breaking machine, and am an intruder in the love story of ‘ Rahul Heart Sanjana.’ I feel that maybe my money goes intothe ‘Doraemon’ pockets of powerful people. And well that doesn’t make me happy.

Quality Of Tourist Spots
That one leads to one of our biggest flaws. Our country is beautiful there are times I lose track of my words. But Come On! What is wrong with us! Is there a worse condition we could cause of our beautiful nation? Can we not live with it? Are there people who lose sleep over the fact that, ‘ Oh, our country looks a little bit clean today, I have to go ruin it’ I am so apologetic towards the rant , but this really frustrates me. Our country has the potential of Sharma Ji’s beta and we ruin it every single day. So maybe we need to change the mentality of our country.

Inclination towards ‘Abroad’
It is shown that most of the travel industry in India, struggles as Indians have an unhealthy obsession with going out of the country. They fail to recognise and maintain the undeniable beauty of India. Due to this, more than 72, 600 lakh rupees went out of the country. Guys, come on. I mean I love the rest of the world as well, but if we don’t look after our own lot, who will look after it.
Well, that’s why I make it point to see as much of India as I can( not because I can’t afford to leave)
Well that was it. I know it is a far shot. But hey, bucket lists always are.
